Contour Pinot Noir – Monterey, California

Scoring 92 points, this graceful 2016 Pinot Noir is a culmination of its three contributing regions: Mendocino and San Luis give the wine bright cherry, raspberry, and plum; while fog shrouded Monterey contributes outstanding complexity and a touch of spice.

First.  Cape oysters with Pinot noir foam.

Cooper Hill Pinot Noir – Willamette Valley, Oregon

The 2014 Cooper Hill Pinot Noir is vibrant and expressive displaying cherry, oak, and dark berry notes framed with spice and earthiness, with a crisp acidic finish.

Second. Red salad with golden raisins, warm spinach, red wine infused goat cheese cremini mushrooms, red and white vinaigrette

Cono Sur Pinot Noir  – Chili

Dressed in fresh purple red colour, this is a voluptuous Pinot Noir with rich fruit notes of cherry, raspberry, plum and strawberry, enhanced by subtle smoked hints, with an elegant finish.

Third. Prosciutto wrapped monk fish served coq au vin style.

Lechtaler Pinot Noir   – Italy

A light, Ruby red, this Pinot gives notes of forest berries, blackcurrant, cherry, and toast, with a dry, fresh, velvety texture, delicate tannins and a lingering finish.

Last. Red wine Swiss roll with raspberry Creme

Louis Latour Pinot Noir   – France

Full, rich bouquet and body, this beauty exudes dark berry fruit, robust tannins and subtle wood/oak overtones, together in balance, climaxing in a long finish.
